Smiling and getting smiles back, once that happens we give a Smile Card to encourage them to do the same making a smiles chain around the world. This cards have already traveled to NY, India, Australia, Turkey, France, Mexico, Spain, Belgium and more to go! NOTE. If you are anywhere else around the world and you would like to organise an event like this one, just let us know and we will send you the cards and train you on how to do it!
